Returning devices (RMA)

Please follow the procedure below for returns:

1. Download the RMA form (PDF) below and fill out ALL highlighted fields. Fields on a gray background are for internal use by Götting only.
2. Then send the completed form by e-mail to rewe@goetting.de.

You will receive a notification with your RMA number once your return request has been approved. The return can only take place after you have received an RMA number from us. Then send the device to the following address:

Please note that the RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

Please enclose a printout of the completed form with the shipment. Otherwise your request may not be processed.

Please note that the RMA number and a consecutive transaction number from your company must be quoted in any subsequent correspondence.
